No Hassle Return Policy:

We do want you to be delighted with your purchase. You can return or exchange any new, unused and resalable item within 30 days from the day you received your item.  We can issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

All returns need an RMA number. To start a return and get an RMA number - contact us - with your name, order # and date of purchase. 

For Defective Items:

  1. You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
  2. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible.
  3. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, or the manufacturer will provide an equivalent replacement item.
  4. In some cases, the or the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item.
  5. If a replacement or a fix is not available, will issue a full refund.
  6. If a replacement or a fix is available, and you still want to return the item, the return will be handled as an unwanted item.

For Unwanted Items:

An unwanted, resaleable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:

  1. It is returned with all original documentation, parts and packaging.
  2. Manufacturer tags are intact.
  3. It is in unused and resalable condition.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items - including our actual, original shipping and handling costs.

Products returned without an RMA and/or a tracking number are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!
