We need water to survive. It sustains us, and it’s good for our well being. Water triggers positive emotions that make us feel happy and elevate our mood. Water is so much a part of our physiology that it is the very fabric of our being.

Studies have found that when drinking water before a meal, they lose weight faster than those who did not drink water  Water fills us up, and that helps to eat less and also may boost our metabolism.

  1. Water energizes us when we exercise.

Staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do when exercising. As we sweat we need to replace those lost fluids. Prevent dehydration during long workouts by drinking water treated with carbohydrates and salts to help maintain fluid balance, this will aid in performance and help prevent post fatigue and exhaustion.

  1. Water helps us dissolve fats and soluble fiber.  Drinking water prevents constipation and also reduces the strain on your kidneys and liver by helping to flush out the waste products.
