  1. In first place, Watermelon has been a favorite fruit of kids and adults alike for many years. Aptly named since it is 92% water, watermelon is a staple for outdoor picnics and summertime cookouts. Cut large slices and take a bite, or slice into chunks for finger food. Beware, watermelon is known to be messy so have plenty of napkins nearby.
  2. Tied for first, Strawberries contain 92% water. They are fantastic in smoothies, cereal, or yogurt. Be sure to wash them first, and then slice strawberries into quarters. Although they are much less healthy when they are dipped in chocolate, strawberries always taste great!
  3. Made up of 91% water, Grapefruit come in a not too shabby third place. It is an amazing breakfast or snack food. It can be cut and scooped out with a spoon, or it makes a great addition to any fruit salad. Grapefruit usually comes in two varieties: white and red. Both are tart and will satisfy any sweet tooth.
  4. Cantaloupe rounds out the top four fruits with 90% water. It  is a fruit with a unique taste and is usually found in fruit salads or on the side with breakfast. Cantaloupe is much less messy than watermelon and tastes amazing.
