In the USA:
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service). So please provide us with a postal delivery address as your shipping address. Our (3) shipping options for US shipping:

1. STANDARD SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
2. PRIORITY SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
3. EXPRESS SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 2 business days.

For International Shipping:
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service). So please provide us with a postal delivery address as your shipping address. You will have a variety of shipping options available upon checkout.

Notes:

1. All our shipping is trackable.
2. Upon shipment, you will be provided with a delivery confirmation and/or tracking #.
3. For your convenience, upon checkout you will have the option of choosing between shipping methods.

For obvious reasons, we work to have as low an impact as possible on the environment. We take steps to reduce our consumption of resources, and are always looking for new methods to accomplish this goal.

1. We re-use packaging materials that come to us, including bubble wrap, boxes and peanuts.
2. We shred junk mail and other non-sensitve documents and use the shreddings for shipping.

So, if the outer shipping box you get looks a little recycled, it probably is, which serves our water and our planet just fine. And anyway, its your new water stuff inside the recycled box that really counts.

Return Policy:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund.

All returns need an RMA number.

For Defective Items:

1. You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
2. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, WaterCheck.biz or the manufacturer will provide an equivalent replacement item.
3. In some cases, the WaterCheck.biz or the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item.
4. If a replacement or a fix is not available, WaterCheck.biz will issue a full refund.
5. If a replacement or a fix is available, and you still want to return the item, the return will be handled as an unwanted item.

For Unwanted Items:

An unwanted, resaleable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:

1. It is returned with all original documentation, parts and packaging.
2. Manufacturer tags are intact.
3. It is in unused condition.

Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items.

Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!
