The Lucky Six Drops Of Shipping Information:
- YIPPEE - The FREE shipping offer is for all purchases over $50. - for standard shipping in the US.
- Our free standard shipping offer includes all 50 states, plus, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO's & FPO's too.*
- For your convenience, you can upgrade your shipping to PRIORITY or EXPRESS at checkout.
- NOTE: If you checkout with google checkout, there is no upgrade shipping option.
- Free shipping is NOT available for international shipments.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will usually ship the next business day.
In the USA:
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service). So please provide us with a postal delivery address as your shipping address. Our (3) shipping options for US shipping:
- STANDARD SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
- PRIORITY SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 2 business days.
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service). So please provide us with a postal delivery address as your shipping address. You will have a variety of shipping options available upon checkout.
- All our shipping is trackable.
- Upon shipment, you will be provided with a delivery confirmation and/or tracking #.
- For your convenience, upon checkout you will have the option of choosing between shipping methods.
- We re-use packaging materials that come to us, including bubble wrap, boxes and peanuts.
- We shred junk mail and other non-sensitve documents and use the shreddings for shipping.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
All returns need an RMA number.
For Defective Items:
- You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
- In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, WaterCheck.biz or the manufacturer will provide an equivalent replacement item.
- In some cases, the WaterCheck.biz or the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item.
- If a replacement or a fix is not available, WaterCheck.biz will issue a full refund.
- If a replacement or a fix is available, and you still want to return the item, the return will be handled as an unwanted item.
For Unwanted Items:
An unwanted, resaleable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:
- It is returned with all original documentation, parts and packaging.
- Manufacturer tags are intact.
- It is in unused condition.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items.
Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!
