- For US purchases between $1 and $30 your shipping cost is only $4.95.
- For US purchases betwwen $30 and $40 your shipping cost is only $6.95.
- Our free shipping offer includes all 50 states, plus, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO's & FPO's too.*
- For your convenience, you can upgrade your shipping to PRIORITY or EXPRESS at checkout.
- Free shipping is NOT available for international shipments.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will usually ship the next business day.
In the USA:
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service). So please provide us with a postal delivery address as your shipping address. Our (3) shipping options for US shipping:- STANDARD SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
- PRIORITY SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING. Your order will typically arrive within 2 business days.
For International Shipping:
We use the USPS (United States Postal Service). So please provide us with a postal delivery address as your shipping address. You will have a variety of shipping options available upon checkout.

Return Policy: We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund. All returns need an RMA number. For an RMA number, send an email to

WaterCheck.biz will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resaleable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided: - It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.
- Manufacturer tags are intact.
- It is in unused condition.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, WaterCheck.biz will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may opt to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, WaterCheck.biz will issue a full refund including inbound and outbound shipping charges.
